Damit ist bereits die H\u00e4lfte des angestrebten Ziels von f\u00fcnf Millionen eingegangen. Zus\u00e4tzlich zum STO stockte der Syndikatsfonds \u201eEXF Alpha\u201c des European Super Angels Clubs seine Beteiligung am RegTech auf.<\/i><\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><b>Kombination aus VC und Security Token Offering\u00a0<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"text\">Wien | Bereits vor einem Jahr investierten Mitglieder des European Super Angels Clubs in das Blockchain-RegTech Blockpit. Die bisherige Gesch\u00e4ftsentwicklung sowie die zuk\u00fcnftige Ausrichtung des Unternehmens konnte die Mitglieder \u00fcberzeugen, noch einmal \u00fcber den Fonds des Clubs &#8220;EXF Alpha&#8221; zu investieren. Teil des Deals war auch ein zus\u00e4tzlich vereinbarter Kauf von Security Tokens (TAX Token) durch die Clubmitglieder. Der Security Token von Blockpit garantiert hierbei eine Umsatzbeteiligung in Form eines auf der Blockchain verbrieften Genussrechts und ist der erste herausgegebene Security Token nach \u00f6sterreichischem Recht. Durch diese neuartige Finanzierungsform konnte<\/p>\n<p class=\"text\">Blockpit in weniger als vier Monaten bereits \u00fcber 2,5 Millionen Euro Kapital aufnehmen. Blockpit entwickelt eine Softwarel\u00f6sung, mit der steuerpflichtige Gewinne aus Kryptow\u00e4hrungen bzw. digitalen Assets einfach und gesetzeskonform berechnet und gemeldet werden k\u00f6nnen. Kunden sind Privatpersonen und Institutionen wie B\u00f6rsen, Banken und Finanz\u00e4mter.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text\">&#8220;Die Kombination von verschiedenen Finanzierungsformen ist ideal f\u00fcr unser weiteres Wachstum \u2013 wir erhalten so die notwendige Liquidit\u00e4t und behalten als Gr\u00fcnder h\u00f6here Anteile an unserem Unternehmen. Blockpit erstellt f\u00fcr Kunden eindeutige Herkunftsnachweise aus Krypto-Transaktionen und sorgt f\u00fcr die notwendige Transparenz, wenn Gewinne aus diesen Trades in andere W\u00e4hrungen gewechselt oder auf das Bankkonto zur\u00fcck\u00fcberwiesen werden.
